Default Stud 8 Concealed AA heavy action

Read Zee's book ages ago I think stuff is only just beginning to click.

V1 was laggy in all games, no reads on V2.
Raised pre because there were only a couple of lows and one of the high or low cards could get frisky and reraise letting me cap and play heads up or short. Standard?

Is the cap ok on 3rd or does it bloat the pot too much? I didn't want the T to come along cheap.

Was Villain 1's 3rd call bad?

Jamming all the way standard? I went for the overcall on the river because V1 had a lock low/poss straight and didn't want to open the betting up without the boat and get 3 bet and capped if V2 had improved. Standard?

There's a handy converter here:

http://www.andyblackwood.com/converter.html

It will make your hand easier to read, and you'll get more and better responses.

TY It seemed that a lot of converters were down today.

Convert it and I'll have a closer look. I generally don't jam third with AA9.

Oh, that's so much better. Thank you.

Raising coming in on third street is good. When the bring-in three-bets, it means either a monster or brain damage. You might cap it if you think that this will force the Queen out, but it is a rare player that will raise and then fold in the same round. I don't like playing huge pots with high-only hands, so I'd probably just call the three-bet.

Fourth came down pretty well. There are lots of diamonds out, so I wouldn't sweat them too much. The only possible low has hit a stinky Jack. Definitely bet this. I'd definitely jam fifth. It's very unlikely that Q7Q is full. I would also jam sixth. It's possible that the bring-in has a straight, but he'd be jamming here with any low. And would he three-bet third with 754? The 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] is still showing, so he can't have started with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I think you have to jam this one.

I think the river is pretty close between jamming and just calling. You're probably best, but either of your opponents might have you beaten. Q7Q may have figured out by now that trip Queens are no good, and might decide not to throw good money after bad. More likely he'll call down, though. On balance, I think I like jamming a little better, but I think going for the over-call is OK.

I dont like jamming with one way hands where you half to lose at least half the pot. you are only gaining 1/2 bet for each bet you risk.

Doesnt Zee have a rule about that?

Yeah, Zee says you need to be a 2:1 favourite to win your half of the pot to justify betting/raising, assuming you have no shot at the other half and there is no chance you are making anyone fold.
