Default KQ shove correct?

7 way tourny top 2 pay. 3 left. Stacks are Hero 1700, BB 1500, Button 7800 with blinds at 25/50. Reads are both players are call stations. BB showed a hand earlier where he tanked preflop for 2min before calling his all in with AKo. Hero picks up KcQd in SB. Button folds, SB ????

Why risk 1500 in chips to win 75 in blinds? I agree with skreemer, standard raise then c-bet flop, if he calls then shut down unless you hit.

If we don't connect with the flop is a Cbet correct vs a calling station?

No. What would be the point of cbetting a calling station? That's only a play if there is a decent chance of getting him to fold.

Unless the guy is a habitual floater of flop bets, I would still throw out a c-bet. Calling stations usually look for some piece of the flop (eg. bottom pair or a draw) before calling a flop bet.
