Default Nucharge Deposits

Alright, I wanted to deposit $150 onto Bodog, so I purchased a Virtual Visa, and it was declined. Determined, I tried purchasing $150 through NUcharge, but my $150 VirtualVisa was also declined for that transaction. Curious, I checked the VV statement, and it had listed a $154.50 debit attempt by NUcharge. Nowhere on the site did it mention ANYTHING about a $4.50 fee which I refuse to pay; luckily I wasn't using the visa debit card linked to my checking account.

Furthermore, the NUcharge site creeps me out, as it always seems to be down.

That having been said, anyone have ANY positive experience with a low-fee Bodog deposit option?

Stay away from Nucharge!

I made several deposits last month, which worked fine, and when I had questions they replied by email quickly, within the hour. This is the only way you could contact them, because their phone support just says they're too busy to take calls.

Then about a week or so ago I tried to do a deposit, and got a message that my card was declined. I call my credit card company, and they said I wasn't declined, and in fact they had put a hold on my account for the charge from Nucharge. I emailed nucharge back, and they said I was locked out of their system by their bank, there was nothing they could do, and to try again in 48 hours. After that they stopped responding by email. I went back and forth with my bank, and they kept saying all nucharge had to do was call them for an authorization code, and nucharge would never do it or respond. So my funds got held for over 10 days before the hold dropped off.

I don't know what's going on at nucharge, but their site being always down started around the same time, so for now I don't trust them at all.

Default Re: Nucharge Deposits

So i bought a $300 card with Nucharge to deposit in Bodog. After I made the transaction I got an error message saying the transaction did not go through due to server error. I called them and their number is disconnected...

I emailed them and no reply...until about 8 hours later and this is what it said:

Dear Valued Customer,

We have unfortunately experienced some technical problems with our
servers. Our system has failed to recognize the e-mail address that
some of our customers have registered their accounts with.

Also, some of our customers have had certain difficulties with their
latest transactions, such as not receiving their pin and control
number, not showing their purchase as available to be redeemed and
sometimes double transactions that lead our customers to think that
they have been double charged. Please rest assured that double
charges have not taken place at all; what has happened is that due to
our server issues, customers have tried to make a purchase more than
once thinking that their first transaction had not gone through;
therefore, they have actually made two purchases. Double purchases
will be released within 72 hrs and will then be available for
redemption.

We are currently working at full speed to correct all these
unfortunate issues; we expect to have a resolution in the next 72 hrs.
If you have
experienced any of the above described issues or any others, we kindly
ask you to bear with us while we correct the situation.

Please feel free to e-mail us within 72 hrs if by then you are still
experiencing the same problems; we will then be more than glad to
take care of your queries.
In the meantime our customer support services will be available to
update all our valued customers on any progress made.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and your patience and
understanding is much appreciated.

Have a great weekend,

Nu Charge Customer Support Team.

I am cancelling this charge with my bank and funding my account with Western Union. Bodog covers all fees if you deposit over $200...

Life was soooooooo much better with Neteller

Great in 3 weeks I can 3 table 510 NL

If Bodog allowed player transfers they would save a ton of money on fees
