Default $27: Bluff at dry sidepot on turn?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero (t4380)
UTG (t3445)
MP (t720)
CO (t1385)
Button (t2420)
SB (t1150)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t555, MP raises to t695, 3 folds, Hero calls t495, UTG calls t140.

Flop: (t1985) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks.

Turn: (t1985) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero ??

On the turn I improve to 15 outs+possible outs to a pair.

I'm fully aware I have to improve to win the main pot, but I increase my chances significanty if UTG folds.

Thoughts?

I fold preflop and I think it's right but I can see how it's tempting to call here and admit I'd probably do it myself sometimes (the action is closed to UTG, right?).

I check and call if I'm given good odds. I don't see how chasing UTG out is worth it. Maybe you get him to fold like KT or something, but if he has an ace he's not going anywhere and he's very likely to give you a free card with MP all-in. Plus chances are MP has you beat and very likely your pair outs aren't good against him.

Fold preflop.

As played, betting the turn is a disaster. It accomplishes nothing. You can't fold a better hand because you are behing the MP all-in player. You want to check and then make a value bet if you hit a str8/flush. You really want the other guy around to improve the chances of a big payday.
