Problems trying to become a Party Affilidate (anyone else?)

When I try to sign up to become a party affiliate it takes me to the login screen without any confirmation as to a successful account creation. If I try to login it fails (because the account hasn't been created). I noticed the URL appears to be some kind of .JSP error page (https://secure.partypartners.com/mem...dben-error.jsf)

Has anyone tried to become a Party affiliate in the last 7 days and if so, were you succesful?
