Default QJ river action

river action is wtf. villan is pretty donkish, raising bad hands, etc. miniraises w. 85o pf, etc. hero is taggy. missed turn c/r obviously, but i think a lead mightve been better. the game was running pretty loose/aggro so i thought i could get a bet. anyways, do you dump this river? ez cawl? can villan be shoving w. other stuff besides a flush?

Bet turn. Gotta call the river now I think but its close. Villain can definitely have Aces up.

I usually lead turn into this many players here...

You said he is donkish, so I probably call river... I think he could be doing this with a weirdly played set or Aces up or something.

I think aces up plays this way enough for it to be a call. You're getting like 2:1 on a call and I definitely think you are good 1/3 of the time so yeah I call. [censored] position though

why not lead turn here? You don't extract from people who chase the flush (and in this case, hit) on the river anyway. You might also get one of the many open ended straight draws to call.

I think another reason to lead turn is it gives you just the right sized pot to get 2 bets on the river if said straight draws hit.

River sucks and I think I flip a coin and go with it. Real tough. Only replied to say I don't think a flop lead is bad. Open ended with 2 overs, I think the hand plays out much easier for you if you led. But I guess we didn't know the 8 was coming Your position obviously sucks so I understand why you didn't lead flop but yeah as played I think I'd just 3/4 pot turn.
