Default 10 year reunion

I got invited to my 10 year high school reunion today. Not sure if I am going to go or not. I stayed in the area for alittle bit but then left about two years after school and joined the service and only have been home to see my family. Never kept in touch with anyone from high school but for a couple I had a few classes with in college. Wondering if anyone here has went to theirs and what they thought of it? Was it fun or a waste of a night?

I'll go to mine, but just to get pissed (drunk, that is), show them my hair has gone and laugh at how many of them have squandered the best years of their life.

Everybody basically gets wasted and goofs on each other's life/physical/significant other situations. Good times.

Mine was fun, although only a handful of the people I really wanted to see showed up. Most were at a wedding. Go for it...just make sure not to wear your HS colors.

I have mine coming up in November. Was thinking of going since I didn't go to the five-year. It all depends on whether enough people I want to see go, although it'd probably be fun getting really drunk and saying inappropriate things to the spouses/significant others of people I disliked.

I skipped mine, but don't regret it. I keep in touch with my friends. The others I could care less about.

This is sort of how I feel. I'd like to see how people have aged, who went bald, who locked down better than he should have, etc, but I don't want to see anyone in particular. This thread just made me realize that my 10-year should be coming up this year as well. Wow.

1) I thought you were older
2) How much of the ageing/balding/getting fat process is really anticipated from people who are not yet 30?
