Default viewing party and empire stats seperately

Is there a way to keep Party and old party skins (i.e empire) stats seperate in PT? Thanks.

separate databases would be pretty easy.

I think Pat should put in the option to do this without having to create another database. After all, once Party and Empire split, they effectively became separate sites.

Shouldn't you have different usernames for each site?

Yes, but what good does that do? In order to view the data the way I want, I would have to remove my Empire username from my alias list. I would also have to set the date range to the Party break-up date. While it can be done, it is a hassle. Adding another checkbox to do this automatically would be more practical. I believe the best solution is to treat the former Party skins as a seperate category as of the break-up date.

I just posed the question to Pat in the PT forum.

True, it is a minor hassle, but look at an Empire HH and look at a PP HH. I don't believe there's any difference between the 2 so there's nothing Pat could do about it.

What happens if you import a Party hand that has the same number as a previous Empire hand? It probably says "This hand's already imported" and skips it, right? That's a shame.

I'm not saying this is Pat's fault; it's just a crummy outcome of the split. Luckily, Empire's hand#s are a few digits short of Party's hand#s. Poor Empire.

Looks like Party bought Empire, so this will probably be a dead issue. Hopefully they will update the software so I can 20-table.
