Wow...He raised preflop and then min c/r the flop into a bettor and a caller, then minbet the turn...So, i know he has 99 and all, but he is less than 100BB deep and i can't fold a set on that board.
This is a sick spot really, i see no value in raising just in case he is retardedly bluffing (almost no chance). I'd think for a while, just call and hope he minbets the river again so that we can get to a cheap showdown. Couldn't really fold here.
