Everyone should read it and watch the documentary.

Interestingly, the bankers and others at ENE are winning the appeals and getting cases tossed out, up to 5 at last count. Skilling may have a better chance of big sentence reduction on appeal than we think...

Movie had taped conference calls showing the ludicrious nature of these clowns...a bootleg copy will be good as a follow-up after you are done reading

I haven't read The Smartest Guys In The Room, but Conspiracy of Fools: A True Story was terrific.
