Re: UB - AP merge
i heard a rumor... from high up. what would people think about account transfers between the sites. example if you saw a game at UB u wanted to play and had a bank roll at AP you could just transfer it ... then transfer back etc.

Re: UB - AP merge
They'll merge about a week and a half after both stop serving US customers.

Re: UB - AP merge
This is the word from my contacts at AP and UB.
AP and UB are already one united company but have yet to pool their players together. In the near future, possibly one month, depending on tech and player issues, AP and UB will test the merge with their .net players. Then, in around 60-90 days, both sites will merge all players together but both will keep their original properties. Customer support for both sites have already merged and are working on becoming more efficient due to the recent changes. Also, coming soon, AP/UB will be offering the option of inter account transfers between the two sites. |

I have had $100 disappear from AP, and click2pay does not show up as a withdraw option for me anymore. Rather then deal with them, and the 0.50 have to see the flop to get a point towards bonus clearing, I just want to play on UB that gives fractional points anyway. I would be happy to get my money out of AP... they so far seems to have no desire to let me withdraw. |

[/ QUOTE ] This is the interesting part since AP has 9 man full tables and UB has 10 man, right? Also, UB is still doing MGR as dealt where AP just went to the hassle to switch it up. Just seems weird to me and they'll probably have numerous crashes and issues working all this out. Also, UB players will really gripe about the games being slowed down from AP software players. |

Re: UB - AP merge
There would need to be some drastic changes as
a) Rakeback for both sites counted differently b) Bonuses for both sites counted differently c) Absolute 9 max, UB 10 max d) UB has bet pot button, AP does not e) AP max buyin is 200xBB, UB is 100x |
