Dear Mr XXXX,

Thank you for your email.

Please be advised your poker account has been suspended temporarily following an investigation by our Network Poker Security Department. Your bet365 sportsbook and casino accounts will remain active. Unfortunately, we can offer no further details at this time.

We will contact you again as soon as this investigation has been completed

I tried to ask reason via e-mail and telephone but they didnt tell.

I waited one week and then i got answer.

Dear Mr XXXX

Following an investigation by our Network Poker Security Department, they conclude that they are no longer able to offer you access to the Microgaming Poker Network. Evidence from the investigation has indicated that collusion had taken place with another player.

However, please be advised that your bet365 sportsbook and casino accounts remain active.

After 2. message, i tried to ask wtf this means, and got answer very fast.

Dear Mr XXXX,

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that our Network's Central Fraud and Collusion Department has reviewed the matter of your locked poker account, but stands by its decision to keep your account and the funds contained with it frozen. Evidence from a recent investigation has concluded that your account has received a quantity of dumped funds, the value of which actually exceeds the current balance of the account. Please be advised that chip dumping of any description contravenes the rules of bet365poker, as laid out at http://www.bet365poker.com/poker/hel....aspx?p=rules.

I can confirm however that you still have full access to our sportsbook, casino and games products.

I tried to ask handhistory and when this "chip dumping" happened.

And answer...:

Dear Sir

In response to your email

The networks decision is final and your poker account will remain locked and for now the funds will remain frozen

Regards

Bet365 Team

They don't want to even try to investigate this further and refuse to give me any information about my case

Wow this is a double first. A poster's very first post being about getting screwed by a site, and it being done by Prima.

Let's get these questions out of the way first:

1. Did you make a large amount of money (more than was in your account) playing over a small period of time?

2. Do you have hand histories from this period? If not, why not?

1: well, actually yes, i was drunk and didnt deposit lots of money for my account because usually i lose if i am drunk, but this time i won.

2: well, i havent hand histories because i really dont want to see how i lose and if i lose, when i am drunk. Actually i donīt know when this "chip dumping" happened. I only remember that there was some idiot omaha player who played all hands against me. And there was other good hand in hold em too. Doubled when i hitted two pairs on the river, i tried to bluff, but this guy called every overbet what i did and he called even my all in after river. (didnt show his hand).

And sorry for my poor english.
