Default AQ against TAG on drawy board

Villain is 22/14/3.2

Should I reraise on the flop because of draws? I was thinking about this hand and I think I played it the worst way possible. If he has a combo draw, I'm giving him an option to check through and hit his hand. Also, after just calling, I shouldn't have checked through on a safe card because he could check through.

Now the way I played it, it seems like combo draws check through, and the hands that beat me will call the check raise all in?

Is this reasoning right?
