$5 to who knows what this movie is
Ive only got a vague memory of it but whoever knows what it is with maybe a link or two gets the money.
Its kind of a kids movie. At the end of the movie the roof of somewere melts and it takes them too a new location. The roof has a painting of the place then it drops like rain. I think its a huge library. The main character is a kid and i think he has blonde hair. Its not neverending story. Sorry for the lack of info but thats all i can remember for now. Ill post more and keep searching with yas.

Justin, I worked really hard on this.
