Default Fuper: Awkward Stacks OOP with OESD

(If anyone knows a converter for FT, please say something.)

This spot really sucked.

Blinds 100/200 no ante. I've got 8.5k and an aggro image, but I haven't seen a flop (except AI) since villain got to the table, so we know nothing about our postflop play. Villain has 7.5 and has folded to all of my raises so far.

I raise to 600 in the HJ with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Villain calls in the CO and everyone else folds.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Pot: 1500

I bet 1100. He calls.

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Pot: 3700

What's the play? Villain has 5.8k left.

I think it's pretty significant that this is on FT, so villain might press the bet pot button if I check.

Anyone think I should bet more/less on the flop?

Edit: Fixed my hole cards.

I c/f. A turn bet doesn't have much FE over his flop calling range.

Edit: whoops.

If you decide to bet the flop (which I would most of the time), then def don't bet so much. A bet of like 850 is fine here.

No need to put anymore money than necessary while playing oop.

w/no reads the turn is tough. I also think you may overrate the use of the pot button on FTP (well, compared to UB at least)

With those stack sizes, I doubt he's bet/folding top pair, so I just c/f here.

Yeah.. UB pot button is one click.. FT is two. But, I still find that people use it a lot at FT, and I'm struggling to adjust from Stars.

I'd have to agree with the checkfolds, unless he gives you odds.
