Si or no? This is a very good tactic to reduce abortions, imo. The problem is it isn't just the ghetto kids who get them, but the daughters of prominent abortion opponents do as well. Also, this serves no purpose but to violate people's privacy, so once again the constitution will kick in and the forefathers (through the judicial branch) will quash this barbaric measure.
