Default New iPod teach me

I just got a 30gb iPod video.

Are there any tricks or shortcuts to getting the most out of them?

I have tried uploading DVD's to them and I havn't had the success I was hoping. A couple of them didn't work at all. One of them has voice lag. A couple others worked ok I guess. I just wouldn't reccomend doing it in WS. If you do the picture is like 1" tall and kind of hard to view

[/ QUOTE ] Here is something I saw yesterday on Lifehacker. I don't know how well it works as I haven't tried it, but you can give it a shot.

Videora + any DVD ripping program -- I use cladDVD (cladDVD.net) because its simple, quick, and free.

Rip file to computer, then have videora convert. Takes a while but I have a nice movie library on my ipod now.
