when I do it pisses me off, nothing worst than being up a couple buy ins then a few hundred hands later realize u jerked it all off. puts me on tilt so i dont let myself look at it during play

QFT, hate when it happens. And i have a bad habit of quiting when im running good and have won a few buy ins. Not the best time to quit.

i used not to but i do it more now and i think it works much better for me. looking in PT and seeing the red helps me get above the game for a moment and focus on what i'm doing and what i can do to eradicate that red... used to be when i'd lose pots i'd just kinda keep playing and wouldn't really think about what i could be doing better.

i guess its just a way for me to stay focused and determined and not get caught up in any egowars.

i always do. if im up it gives me encouragement, if im down it makes me more determined to grind.

if i didnt know how much i was up/down id spend some time thinking about whether i was up or down rather than checking which takes like 3 seconds (yes, i did time it)

I have it open constantly on the side since I have plenty screen space. When it's not there I can't help thinking about it, so I might as well have it open. I think it helps me feel in control of things.
