Default 10/20 overpair lame turn card

havent played with villain much so far but read is that he is a loose passive donkey.

5 handed, effective stacks $1700ish

2 folds, button raises to $70, SB calls, I rr to $250 with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], btn calls and SB folds

flop 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

i bet $400, he insta calls

turn 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

he has almost exactly a PSB left in his stack.

Insta calls like this are usually draws, would he bet a missed draw here?
