Default 3 handed sort of scary board, lots of turn action

Live 40/80 temporarily 3 handed while the guy losing the most money is at the ATM. Villain is surprisingly tough for a live player, especially when he has position. In fact, playing this hand OOP was quite possibly a mistake, because he will likely put me in some bad spots later. Before this hand took place, however, my perception of him was as a typical tight live player without any imagination that would overplay his big preflop hands shorthanded and underplay and miss value on his marginal hands. He had been opening a lot on the button, I just assumed he happened to be getting dealt more good hands, as he'd been super tight the whole time the game was full and did almost nothing worth thinking about. That probably makes my preflop play even worse, but I was getting pissed that I couldn't 3bet him, so I took a stand with a hand I shouldn't have.

Villain opens his button, I 3bet K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], he caps.

Flop:
J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I c/c planning to c/r some turns and check/making a decision on other turns.

Turn:
9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I check/raise, he 3bets

Plan? I thought about 4betting, I thought about calling down, I thought about calling and donking the river.

I 4-bet. I doubt he has you beat and if he doesn't have a heart & one comes on the River, doubtful you'll get another BB.
It's also not so bad if he folds to your 4-bet with a low heart in his hand.
If he's betting top pair with the ace of hearts, it is only righteous to make him pay the premium.

Yeah. 4bet it. He range includes TP heart, overpair (heart or not maybe) and god knows what else.
