JJ in BB

Live multi, 3rd level 50/100. UTG raises to 400. He has 3500 I have 1825 (minus 100 BB). Starting chips 2000. You have JJ in BB do you fold call or raise all in?

all in, 450 is a good addition to your stack if he folds and you don't really want be OOP on flop having put a quarter of your stack in
