Is this really a call or shove situation? I think we are deep enough that a different raise is an option as well. I think if you shove you are going to miss value from hands that wouldve called a standard raise, not to mention you are more likely to stack off to hand that beats you on the very outside chance you are beat. I think it is def. a raise but what kind of raise maximizes our EV?

Given his stats I am all for throwing in a raise here, I can't see you both hitting BDFD.

this is multiple choice, that's not an option.

actually, i didn't consider a smaller raise because that's just not how i tend to play on the river with these stacks. but i guess it's reasonable.

I think in situations like this when I call, I should have raised, or when I raise, I should have called. I actually don't hate a minraise+1 here.

I am confused by people advocating the minraise and maybe this is my own inexperience, but won't he call more than a minraise with worse, and can't we still raise a larger amount and fold given stack size?

there is plenty of room to fold after a nice 1/2-2/3 p raise

pot 120 if we call, raise 90 more (make it 120), he has 100 left if he goes all in which is a perfectly acceptable fold. if u arent comfortable folding to a 3bet minraise then make it 100 or something.

Call - You have a big hand but not a monster. I don't think your raise gets called often enough by hands you beat to make raising profitable.
