It's in both of their ranges, I'd say.

Well I had the A-high flush, but maybe it was correct to fear the str8-flush.

Do you agree a call on the river was correct play?

What is BB capping 4-flush turn & raising river with?? Is he completely retarded?

One of them has the Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and the other is a retard. Of course, both could be retards, but I don't think that's very likely.

Edit: Well, there is one alternative: One has the Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and the other one has 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Raise the flop.

Thanks everyone,

I'm no expert (not yet anyway ) but I thought my flopped str8 and a flushdraw were a perfect slowplay hand and that the betting would die if I rasised the flop. I wasn't too afraid about a flopped flush since that would mean someone cold-called or 3-bet with at best a Q-high hand (turned out to be just what they did only not the club ). On the flop I didn't think about the Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] . But that was before the heavy betting on the turn and you never know at this level.

This time it went well anyway, turned out both where retards.

SB didn’t show and BB had Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

My flush held up.

You’ve got me thinking though, thanks.

Why? Is it not better to allow SB to come along if we hit our flush on the turn than raise and possibly force him out?

Why no flop raise?? You have a made straight and a draw to the nut flush.

Plus I would expect an OESFD (Qc) to raise the flop.

The 9c is perfect as anyone with 10-7c is getting good probabliity that they have the best hand.

SB seems to be stacking off prob with a weaker flush than yours. You have a huge equity edge here so I would cap each street
