Measuring Blog Traffic

What are my options for measuring traffic on blogger? I know adsense will give me a report, but I'm probably not going to use adsense on this site. Do affiliate programs report this to you, or they only measure activity that you drive to their sites?

Affiliates will only report what you send to them, although in some cases they require you to use JavaScript so you can see the number of impressions for a specific product link.

As JoshK said, use Google Analytics.
