Re: 200NL - Lost again with KK
I dunno if i love your turn play or hate it :P
His range seems massive, i think because he has JT here alot and other hands like Tx not to mention weaker holdings i think i'd prefer ebtting $35 for value. If raised ill ditch it, however it would enable us to play it easier. Taking your line though, if no Q or 7, i think your getting alot of cash from JT spewing. Although then again, if they dont hit and he bets when you check you've now got a HARDDDD decision. Was it JT? QJ? KJ? J8? J9? was you planning to lead the river? |

Re: 200NL - Lost again with KK
I think checking the turn will get the most value from Villain but it makes the hand a lot harder to play. I would be more prone to make this play against someone that I had more significant reads on. I love this play against donks that will pot the turn and river with 77 or something stupid thinking you obviously have nothing because you checked the turn.
Against an unknown I would bet the turn and likely c/c the river. |

Yeah I definitely agree I should have bet the turn and that would have saved me the heartache on the river.

Re: 200NL - Lost again with KK
I like leading turn and folding to a raise, if he calls, check call the river given it wasnt a real SCARY card

im with spacebetween. cr turn is my line here and i think you will find that you usually get JT to put his stack in on this turn.
