epassporte visa electron
If this has been asked and answered please link, but otherwise consider this possibility.
I just received my epassporte visa electron card. With this card I can make purchases at accepting merchants (pretty much anywhere that you can use debit cards at) and can make cash withdrawls at ATM machines. Is there any way for this kind of activity to be stopped? I know the recent legislation blocked banks from processing transactions from these sites, but what about the activity described above? Also, this cash taken out of ATMs via epassporte card could be deposited into banks, and thus we have the solution to a possible problem in the future. |

Re: epassporte visa electron
I don't know why this thread isn't getting more attention, but this process is a quick and effecient way to get money from epassporte to bank ATM.

Re: epassporte visa electron
It's just that I read your other post about the epassporte transaction that still hasn't hit your bank account so I'm deciding if I should order a visa and just wait for it.
