Neteller EFT Status

I know the Neteller EFTs are stuck. My EFT status shows a "Cancel" link. Shouldn't it be "Pending"? Am I the only one?

I made one on the 14th and 15th both in the afternoon and only the 14th has gone through. The 15th is still pending.

MY stuck transaction shows pending, even though I called them yesterday to cancel it. They said they could cancel it, even though it hasn't happened yet. how long should I wait before I call them again?

Received this regarding my inquiry:

"Currently we are experiencing unprecedented volumes through our withdrawal department. Due to this volume they maybe delays of up to 2 weeks for a EFT withdrawal or 6-8 weeks for check withdrawals. Unfortunately, this is something that is beyond our control. We are truly sorry for the delay in this matter and are doing our best to get the issues resolved. If you have any further questions please contact us back."

May take up to 2 weeks..........8 weeks for checks.

I have the "cancel" link also. Any chance the funds in all US accounts are frozen, in light of the recent arrests?

funds are definitely not frozen. neteller card works, as does peer-to-peer transfers. Check and EFT withdrawals are delayed according to neteller, but the reason for the delay is a bit unclear and neteller maintains that it is simply a volume related technical issue.
