Default Food brag

Last night I had the most delicious lamb chops ever (and I've tried chops all over the world - ok, the US and two countries).

And it was at the most unlikely place: an Indian restaurant called Mint here in NYC. It's also the best Indian restaurant I've been to.

The chops were (literally) unbelievably tender. No steak or any meat (except sushi perhaps) was this tender. They must have pounded the chops with a hammer for like an hour before cooking them. And each one was huge. Some sauce was served over them with almonds and other stuff.

I never post about restaurants (and I've been to most of the heavy hitters here) but this dish was out of this world. If you like lamb, skip the greeks and frenchies and run to this place.
