Default Roomie Issues

I'm having some roomie issues and want to know how to handle it without being a dick.

I'm currently working out of town during the week. I leave Sunday early afternoon and get back Friday around dinner time. I consider it really only being home one day (Saturday). The last two Saturday's, my roomie's girl has been here the whole day. I would prefer to not see either of them and have the house to myself, but I'll settle for her not being around on my one day at home.

I have no doubt that while she doesn't live here, that she stays here all week when I'm gone. I really don't care about that, I just don't want to see her on my lone day off.

Am I being unreasonable here? If not, how do I go about getting her away on Saturday's without being a dick?

Sounds kind of unreasonable. Is this an apartment or a house? Can't you just avoid her? Do you hate her?

I am getting my own place, but we have a lease through May. He was not with her when we signed the lease.

It's a house, but the omly way to avoid them is to stay in my room. They also woke me up screwing last weekend, which I was ready to murder them both when that happened.

Her place is like 15 minutes away, if that.

I also play the electric & gas bill. I'm not pulling that card on my roomie, but definitely effed up that I'm paying those bills in full when I'm here 1 day of the week while him & his girl are always here.
