at 2/4-3/6 I have several top players around 8-9, then the next level of winners is around 3-4, most are losing or break even.

You realize it makes no sense what your saying? Shouldn't there be a lot of 4-8 if some can reach 8-9

i am in the minority then? also, i thought winrates of 8-9 at like 3/6+ for example were very uncommon post party.

I have 400k hands observed and playing and that's the spread. Likely table conditions are tough and the people at 8-9 are choosing to play at a limit much lower than their skill level to limit variance. Conversely the 3-4 and break even players are people who were successful at these limits before the legislation and are now struggling due to much harder table conditions. Remember, there are less than 1/2 the players at FT than at stars, so less fish.

Side note:It's highly possible to maintain a 7-9 WR, you just have to play far below your skill level. It's a way to limit variance till things calm down and the sites stabilize.
