OOT - Find me a Career

So, I am unemployed and have no idea what I want to do (well, sort of).

I'm 22, recent college grad. BA in Political Science from a top 20 University, 3.1 GPA.

I'm interested in teaching, so I signed up to take the CBEST (I live in CA). And I'll apply to a couple of credentialling programs (shouldn't have any trouble getting accepted). I'm pretty sure I'd enjoy teaching (I'm thinking middle school level), and it would provide me with plenty of time to continue to play poker as a second source of income (poker pro every summer?).

I would like to know what other options are out there, though. Anyone have any ideas for a Poli Sci major? ***Law School is not high on my list of things I want to do***

EDIT: Money isn't THAT big of a deal (in case that wasn't obvious by me wanting to be a teach). As long as I have enough to be comfortable, I'll be ok.

Screw teaching, it limits career paths, bad pay, and you probably really won't find it all that enjoyable after a few years.

What are you interested in? How about a cushy government job? Grad school?

I did note that I was a recent grad right? As in, I graduated already. I'm no longer there.
