Default But is it sustainable?

I'm running super hot right now in the 4/180s. About 185% ROI, to be specific. My question is, how much of this can I attribute to running well, and how much (if any) can I attribute to outplaying my opponents? At what point can I start to assume that I'm actually a winning player and should move up in stakes? Sample size=64 donkaments
