Rate My Gym WorkOut Plan
Looking for some constructive criticism. Exercises to add or take out. Days to switch them up on? Stuff like that. Each exercise is usually warmup and then 4 sets of 4-8 reps. Days off are taken as needed like after legs day for sure.
================= day 1: WHOLE powercleans CHEST dumbell bench press ================= day 2: WHOLE deadlift BACK weighted pullups or lat pull down ================= day 3: SHOULDERS -dumbell shoulder press -upright rows -dumbell lateral & front raises ================= day 4: BICEPS -standing barbell curl -seated hammer curl BACK -seated pulley row -arm dumbell row ================= day 5: CHEST Incline/decline bench press TRICEPS weighted dips seated dumbell tricep extension ================= day 6: LEGS squats leg press machine |
