FullTilt Store - Converting FTP points to dollars

i need to buy a camera for my new job. FTP store has the one i want.

Problem is, anything i buy thru the store counts against my rakeback the camera costs 60k FTP points. i could buy it for around 225 or so at any local store.

i dont wanna buy it with my FTP points only to find out that they charged me 350 in rakeback when i could have gotten it somewhere for much cheaper.

i hope this all made sense. basically, i wanna know how much in dollars will be taken out of my rake for every 1k in FTP points i spend. thanks./

60K points spent on camera = $300 against MGR means $81 taken out of rakeback (assuming 27% rakeback).

yes, this is right...you only pay 27% of the cost of an item when you buy the tilt store...but many items are overpriced, so it is a bit more. perhaps some is to pay for shipping.

for example, they have a full tilt trash can that is 3700 points...that is $18.50 deducted from your rake and 27% of that is like buying the can for $5 bucks...which is probably a bit much except for shipping and the cost of advertising merchandise.
