i think this prop has value. pinnacle has the line set at
over 28.5 +128
under 28.5 -144

Well, since it creates an arb, one of the two lines has value. Most of the time it is the non-Pinny book, so there is almost certainly value at Bodog. Good find.

imo yes. if you assume the lines are efficient, then any glaring inefficiency has to mean opportunity.

Yes, if the sum of the EV of two bets is positive, then the EV of one of the bets must be positive. Of course, it isn't always easy to identify which side that is.
