With no reads, and considering the action on the flop, I'd give us about 12 outs (9 full outs for the flush, and 3 more partial outs for two o/c's), which means calling would be playing for all our chips early on, for a coin flip (or perhaps much worse, if we're already up against a set or two pair.)

I'm probably folding this.

Isn't this an easy fold ? (I might miss something)

Well there's already a decent chunk of change in the pot, and there is a decent change of a 3-way all in pot.

You have something like 1,5:1 for your chips, no ? (you can't really count on button's overcall) so you need roughly 39% equity, probably much more due to ICM effect (lets say 45%)

vs maid straigth : 36%
vs ThTx : 48%
vs JhJ/QhQ : 50.2%
vs KK : 47.5 %
vs AA : 37.7 %
vs a set : 26%
vs TP+ straight draw : 47%
vs TP + flush draw : 41.4%

It's harder to decide than I initialy thought, obviously

You can also throw in the occasional flush draw or str8 draw which you are currently leading.

That's a lot of chips, I'd probably call.
