Today I was playing a couple of tables when I look in the chat box and see someone discussing everyone's sharkscope RoIs. Now, I'd rather everyone not know about mine, but I don't know if it is illegal to discuss this.
I could see this one going either way, because it is information that is available to anyone who has half a brain (well, at least 5 searches per day), but at the same time it could cause someone at the table to play differently against me or someone else by knowing their skill level. If this has been discussed before, I apologize. |

You can exclude yourself from sharkscope.
In before btw. |

It doesn't sound like you know what collusion means.

I don't call it collusion, I call it stupidity. I always enjoy looking up the stats of the donks who complain about other people and their lousy ROIs.

you should look up what collusion means before trying to use big words.

I was at a table the other day with 5 other regulars and we were discussing ROIs, other regulars, and the like. This was unusual because it was a 16, and the ratio of regular:donk is not quite the same at the 225s.
It felt wrong and dirty chatting about this stuff. Thoughts? |

[/ QUOTE ] Yea it's just not smart to clue non-regulars in to the fact that there is actual strategy involved and that they're big losers. Saying "hahaha DarthSimpson lost $9,000 according to Sharkscope" is asinine. Also, that sucks really bad that there were 6 regulars at the table. I love when there's a chat going on about how much money people have made etc., but it's actually donks chatting who do have a very slight clue and think they're great and ran hot for a while, and there's one who makes like he's the greatest and all the others look up to him - "wow, you made $800 in one night?" Last night one of those guys called my UTG bubble push for 10x from the BB with J9o and sucked out. He "was BB, pot committed" and "saw he was desperate, played with him earlier". Good thinking. |
