Default Best way to withdraw to avoid taxes?

Ok, I want to take $20K out but flat out refuse to pay taxes to this government What is the best way to do this? I could request a check from Neteller, I would have to cash it in my name and the transaction would be saved in a database somewhere for sure. The Neteller debit card is nice, it would take months to get $20K out though with tons of fees. Anyone ever done this before? Please enlighten me folks!!!

Canadian taxers are higher than in the US (except they don;t tax poker).

Info:

1) Any transaction with a US financial institution of $10,000 or more is automatically reported to the IRS.

2) Transactions of $3,000 or more MAY be reported at institution discretion.

3) Breaking up a 10,000 transaction into smaller transactions over a period of days is called "structuring" and will be reported tot he IRS and you will be paid a visit FROM the IRS and charged with "structuring".

4) Owning a corporation in some offshore nations is cheap, and allows for keeping funds in an offshore account without your name attached.

I heard of a way doing it through a casino, having a check transfered to them, then playing there a little bit and cashing it all out. Not sure on the details but highly illegal i think.

Looks like Neteller ATM is the only practical way of doing this......
