Semi-solution:

Right-click your own seat to show statistics; there you have a running count of all hands played in the current session. Find out the percentage of raked hands in Pokertracker. Do the math.

No, Party doesn't count it a raked hand unless you generate at least 1 cent per person. However, this is only a problem at the $25 NL/PL since rake starts at 5 cents.

i emailed party earlier today asking how many raked hands I had for the day. and they told me 1257. So I checked PT, and sorted by raked hands >.01 and it came up with 1257.

but if I filter raked >.24, then it says I only played 761 raked hands.

I played NL$100 if it matters

$100NL Party starts raking pots at 10 cents, so every raked pot will net at least 1 cent rake per person.

As I said, it's only a problem if you play $25 NL/PL since rake starts at 5 cents. If a pot is raked 5 cents and has 10 people sitting in, it won't count as a raked hand.

I play $100NL so I'm wondering who you are now

If you think you have made it, and you are not sure, you can try to register (registering starts at 19EST).
