WoW: what is the best place for me to be a PVP bastard?

I just stared playing the game and I have a level 31 undead rogue (horde). I've been killed by a ton of bastard alliance thus far and I'm finally starting to get to the point where I can kill a few of them.

For a long time I couldn't understand why anyone would be interested in killing me in one shot, there is just no sport in it. Now I have come to the realization that everyone on the PVP servers have gone through their time getting picked on and eventually become the bullies as a right of passage.

If I want to unleash my pent up rage on a bunch of poor saps that have have no chance against me can I do that yet? If so, where? If not, how much higher do I need to get and where is the best spot to do it?

Go to redridge mountains and kill alliance noobies. The ones questing there will be about level 20-25.

wherever you do decide to do this, make sure you have a friend or two with you, and then gank them repeatedly. also make sure you speak a lot in orcish or whatever so they know they are being taunted

Also remember that eventually someone will fetch someone from their clan to come and gank you. I did a fair bit of orc extermination for the low levels in my guild when I was around level 40 (spammed frostbolts and let the horde of low levels take down whatever was there).

The closer you are to a major city, the greater the chances of someone getting one of their guildmembers to come and beat you up with their imba fishingpole. This is due to the "sitting around tradeskilling"/"meeting up before doing stuff" you tend to do a lot of when you get to a higher level. I often went around helping people when waiting for somebody else (could teleport), and in return I got a lot of help from the higher level guys in the guild.

If you do this alone, you should go for those who can cast DoT spells first.

I didn't quite get to Redridge but I went in to Duskwood and jacked a few people. Lots of level 20 to 25 people walking around away from towns.
I got in to a couple fights with guys that were actually pretty good matches for me but having the drop on them was enough to get me through. Thanks for the tips.
