When can I get nunchuks?

Basically I've been trying to throw money at Nintendo for 2 weeks now, and they are making life very difficult for me. Does anyone know where I can get nunchuks without having to wake up at 7am to go check out stores as soon as they open? Or will I be forced to buy them off ebay for more than they're worth and pay shipping too?

I'd guess there might already be a thread on this, if so mods can just lock this one and call me names or something. Also if anyone can explain to me why it's still so hard to find nunchuks and wiimotes or why nintendo doesn't seem to want my monbies, I'd appreciate it.

I was able to get remote/nunchuk and Zelda, but still can't get my hands on the effing console. Got the extra controllers from Target, though, fyi.

yeah my friend works at Target and called me one day at 7:15 to tell me that they had nunchuks and to get over there, but this was before I knew how hard they were to get. Definitely the biggest mistake of the new year so far.

Also RDH if you're looking for a console, try hanging out at EB Games when the UPS truck gets there, it's how I got mine.

You have a couple of options.

If you can wait, Overstock.com has them for pre-order (to ship on January 26), at a nice price of 14.99.

Play-asia.com has them in stock right now (ships next day, in my experience) for $24.90. Note that these are the Japanese nunchuks, but they work perfectly with US systems/remotes and are identical except for the packaging. They ship from Japan and it can take about a week unless you pay for expensive shipping.

Went by Toys r Us to buy a 1yr old a bday present and saw that they had about 15 nunchuks.

Unless you know how to figure out the UPS truck schedule, I'm not quite to the point where I'm going to stake out the store for a day or two. Getting close, though :\

you can ask specific stores, but in general the smaller stores like EB and Gamestop get shipments during the middle of the week, and in a 1-2 hour window around noon I believe
