Famous players who DON'T have sponsorship deals

It really surprises me that someone like Phil Laak, who has a great T.V. image, lots of recreational players know him by name and are his fans. Why doesn't he have some type of online sponsorship deal?

I'm not aware of Scotty Nyugen being sponsored by any specific site. If so, it must be one of the minor ones.

Also I've never heard of Chip Reese, Mike Mizrachi, Carlos Mortenson, Johnny Chan, Mimi Tran or Eli Elezra being seriously involved with any online poker site.

- Johnny has his own site, as mentioned.
- Mimi signed with Pokerstars this summer along with Barry Greenstein, Nam Le and Tuan Le.
- Carlos is a Tilter.
- Eli is a free agent to my knowledge.
