Lowest variance and biggest edge

I'm seeking a form of poker that has the biggest expected value and lowest variance. Any ideas? It's common knowledge that NLHE is good but how about omaha, stud or other popular forms of poker. How about cash games versus sit&go tournaments or multi-table tournaments? What if I wanted to play heads up, what is the most profitable form of poker with relatively low variance?

They are inversed. Hi low games are low variance low edge, stud high and LHE are very profitable with tons of variance.

Variance makes games profitable.

I always hear this question as: "What's the best game if I want to make a lot of money, without too much risk?" I'd say your best game relative to to the opponents you're encountering, provided you're BR'd for it.
