Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, MP1 folds, Hero calls.

Results:
Final pot: 18.75BB

Villain is 50/5/1.75 over about 50-60 hands, very capable of raising UTG w/ air and reraising the flop w/ air in a multiway pot if he thinks I'm stealing.

This guy is certainly a maniac. The turn raise looks suspicious, though, like a slowplayed two pair or set.
But against a two pair you have redraws.
Also the pot is big enough to call-down. He might also have a worse queen given his stats.

Seems fine to me. Pocket 44 or 88 would probably just call the flop and raise the turn. Leaves AQ, A8 or 99-TT (that aggressive would probably RR PF w >=JJ). No other legitimate draws unless he called you w Q8 or something but in my experience these players like to get tricky with big hands on the flop and smooth call to raise the turn instead.

Turn and river I would play the same I think (hard to say for sure without sitting against the guy at the table)

AF of 1.75 = 3-popping the turn. You're crushing him a majority of the time. Alternatively, since the board is so dry, I don't mind smooth-calling his flop raise and check/raising his passive-aggressive ass on the turn.
