Default 1BB/100 over 200K+hands not enough, something wrong with my stats?

I'm not gonna post any stupid graphs, but I will say that over my last 37,000 hands my $100NL 6max BB/100 is 0.14! My usual winrate, crappy as it is, is 1.00BB/100 (over a few hundred thousand hands), and I'm wondering if you guys can tell what's wrong by my stats! Or maybe UB is just too hard

100NL 6max
My VP$IP is 19%.
Preflop raise is 14%.
I attempt to steal 29% of the time.
I fold SB to steal 90%, BB 85%.
Won$atSD is 54%
Aggression factor: 4.06
Flop aggro factor: 6.11
Turn aggro factor: 2.80
River aggro factor: 1.80. Am I just calling too much on the river? I think that's my real problem. Recently I had a straight and was betting it to the river when a flush card hit. My OOP opponent bet the pot and I called... pretty bad
My continuation bet percentage is 60%. Too low? I don't CB very much OOP and on coordinated boards or with multiple callers, but I do do that occasionaly.

Also, my BB/100 with suited connectors is 21, and with pocket pairs it's 120 (all of them are positive!)

Firstly, these stats aren't really going to tell us much. All these numbers in a vacuum are fine. If your actual long term winrate is only 1 PTBB/100, then 30k hand breakeven stretches are going to happen a lot. You will probably have some pretty nasty downswings too.

Rather than focusing on stats, work on your postflop game. Post more hands, reply to more hands, etc.

Move up. That would be a great winrate at 10/20.

So are you playing one-gappers? Your VPIP is kind of nitty, so I'd guess perhaps you aren't.

Agreed.

A change of scenery might be in order too. Move down to NL50 and rework your game and maybe go play at Stars or FT.

Post hands. If anything, I think you might be too aggressive.

Preflop numbers are ok. If you're a long term 1ptbb/100 "winner," then there's really no other way to sugarcoat it: you are leaking serious money postflop. The first thing I'd do if I were you is to stop stealing so much; that will reduce the number of small EV, high variance situations you're in. Other than that, just post hands you're not sure about.

From the numbers, it's hard to say if you're taking marginal hands too far, overplaying AK unimproved, or just not building pots with your winners, though it's likely a combination of these and several other factors.

Breakeven stretches happen, I just broke out of a nasty one, but the thing is, I was *NOT* on my A game during that stretch; I just thought I was, so I blamed it on variance.

Aside from posting hands, look into doing the following:
Play fewer tables
Turn off distractions(tv/music/etc...)
Move down
Take more time making decisions
Review your sessions in PT

Not really. And variance would be siiick.

You fold your blinds too much and your flop aggression is borderline spewish. As other people said stats are kinda meaningless without context, so take my observations with a grain of salt.

One important stat is how often you are showing down. I'm guessing it's 26-27ish, which is probably too low. 54% Win at Showdown can mean you are playing a little too tight on the river.
