In a vacuum? Usually no. A competent UTG raiser will not be raising something that is behind AQ. He certainly wouldn't fold a 2400 pot for 900 chips with whatever he did raise with.
I have to assume you had some read to make that push. If you share that with us, we can give you better advice.

No so sure that this is an easy shove without a read... you are giving villan 2.5/1 on the call and he has enough chips to make it, unless you have been very very tight he made a mistake by folding here.
Having said that the blinds are on the way to you to hoover up any remaining fold equity so its a good a spot for a race as any! Like the posters above said, this kind of situation is read dependant.
