UB email problems?

I've been stuck on a couple tables for 2 days now and have tried to email UB about it, but the emails keep coming back to me saying there's an error. I've also just emailed them through their support page but have gotten no response. Has anybody else had a problem emailing them lately or know what's going on?

UB's customer support just SUCKS...sorry no extra info, but usually takes 3ish weeks to clear up an issue.

UB's CS is the absolute worst of the worst. How much more money would they make by having some shithole place in india run a call center for them.

consider yourself lucky if you ever get a response from UB, the people running that place have to be retarded.
