What are some songs that you like to listen to when you're stressed out from a long day or just in the mood to lean back and relax?

A few songs that never fail to calm myself.

Grateful Dead - So Many Roads
String Cheese Incident - Heart of Saturday Night (cover)
String Cheese Incident - Texas Town (different song than "Texas" by them)
Grateful Dead - Crazy Fingers (amazing intro)
Grateful Dead - Franklin's Tower
Kris Kristofferson - Stagger Mountain Tragedy
The Highwaymen - Highwayman (awesome old country song)

This is a very good answer. Also, the second movement from Gorecki's symphony of sorrowful songs is worth checking out. I'm not sure where you can find it, but they have it on Real Rhapsody FWIW. It is minimalism at its best, IMHO.

Not quite anything from Pink Floyd but somewhere between 60-75% of their songs I find really relaxing.
Also Ben Harper live from Mars, the entire green disk.

Beck's Seachange album has a good number of relaxing tunes on it. Golden Age and Little One come to mind.
