Need some fantasy basketball help

I'm in a 12-team H2H league on Yahoo, not going so well at 31-41, but lost a lot of close match-ups and had some serious injury problems (Childress for a month +, Josh Smith just now for a month, Rashard Lewis for 2 months, Brandon Roy for a month, Webber for a few games, Iverson sitting out).

My team is loaded with guards (Nash, Iverson, Roy, Marbury, Atkins, Hill), but with those injuries I need lots of help in the F and C category (my centers are Mourning and Chandler, forwards that are healthy now are Webber, Abdur-Rahim, Hill). Most of the teams seem loaded with decent guards as well. What players should I be looking to trade (realistically I can't see Atkins or Roy being traded straight-up), and what players should I be trying to trade for?
