Being an affiliate without rakeback ?

Are there any affiliates on here that are looking to sign up most of their players without a rakeback offer ? (i.e. signing random gamblers on the net)

I'm simply looking for ressources in that avenue and I wonder if some of you are mainly focusing on that aspect.

I've got a bunch of different venture, a few rakeback, but the majority non-rakeback, so if you have any questions just ask away.

I'm a non-RB affil.
Tried offering it when I first started out like 16 mos. ago, but found it was too difficult to compete w/ big boys when being an affiliate was just a PT-venture for me.
